How many hair should fall per a day ?

Q. I have 20 to 50 hair fall per a day . I am worried.Which is the best shampoo for hair?

A. HAIR TRIVIA:
⢠The hair on your head grows at about 0.00000001 miles per hour. That's a half-inch per month. Mine grows 3/4" in 29 days.
⢠Every day, the 5 million or so hairs on an adult's body add about 40 yards of new growth.
⢠At any given moment, about 90% of the hairs on your head are growing and 10% are getting ready to abandon ship
⢠Even on a good day, about 100 hairs from your head will fall out.
⢠The average person could lose tens of thousands of hairs from their scalp without really noticing a difference. (Except, perhaps, in the bathtub drain.)
The surface area of the hair on a typical woman's head can cover anywhere from 40 to 85 square feet. That's larger than some driveways.

When I brush my hair I get about 7 in my brush, none @ night. When I take a shower, about 1-2 in the tub. None on my pillows.

I've been using whatever shampoos they have in all the luxury hotels (Ireland) and it did the same as if I washed my hair with over the counter brand. Garnier for 16 years, no conditioner. When traveling, I briefly rinse with bottled water. Celebrities rinse theirs with Perrier water. The only difference? I briefly rinse my hair with bottled water, to help condition the hair because their water is not the same as Oregon water, but they taste the same. My hair still feel soft, silky, shiny & smooth. So salon, or spa products or over the counter, my hair doesn't change in texture.

Hair products are not made of glue to fix, repair, prevent, reverse hair from getting damaged.

Itâs the dirty little secret shampoo companies donât want you to knowâwhen you wash your hair with one of those nutrient-rich shampoos, most of the nutrients and active ingredients in the product donât actually end up in your hair, they wind up down the drain⦠along with all the money you spent on the shampoo.
Why does this happen? Because the shampoo molecules they contain are too large to penetrate the cells of hair and more importantly the tiny hair follicles where our hair actually grows. They sit atop the follicle until we wash them away.
Why is that a problem?
Our hair works basically the same wayâif you want to treat your hair right, you need to treat the roots.

HOW you use to style your hair or what styling tools that damage the hair, and what chemicals you're adding to the hair, not the shampoo.

If you've straightened your hair in the past, it may grow slowly or none at all.

NO MATTER which link you picked, they all suggest the same foods. Your hair may be the fastest-growing tissue in the body but, unlike the skin, it cannot repair itself. That is why getting the right balance of vitamins and proteins is imperative. Don't expect to look like you've stepped out of a hair commercial the day after you've changed your diet. It is likely to take at least three months before you actually see tangible results. Hair is dead, but hair also has electrical energy; the negative charge of damaged hair can lead to flyways and unruly hair.

Cutting your split ends yourself, spend 5-10 mins. on a sunny day so you can easily spot them, using a 2" scissors, cut strand by strand, section by section, allowing new growth to take over. ake the hair look healthier while it's growing. Even healthy hair like mine get them, due to normal brushing & styling.

Best answer comes from people with Avatars, showing their healthy shiny, soft, silky, smooth hair.
Myth: Rinsing with ice-cold water after a shampoo will give you shinier hair.
Truth: It might wake you up, but a dousing of cold water will have no effect on the shininess of your tresses.

Shiny hair comes from: Good genes. Good hair care. Good foods from Mother Nature not made my man like John Frieda or supplements found @ GNC. Those products can only do more harm than good.. You'll get 12 responses, suggesting 12 different brands. What works for them, may not work for you! It's all in how you manipulate the hair when you get out of the shower.

I use the cheapest shampoo (no conditioner - we have soft water). I use Garnier for Normal Hair. No conditioner, have used them for over 15 years. We also have soft water. When traveling, I briefly rinse with bottled water.

Washing less often, builds the natural oil your hair needs, to get them smoother, shinier, silkier, softer. Man-made products are just temporary, until you wash them again, and at the same time washing off the natural oil your hair NEEDS. Hair product just absorbs on your hair if they're dry, like a sponge.

The hair industry is a billion dollar business, they sell products that cleans & condition the hair. They also sell products that damage and causes hair loss. They also DO NOT give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss due to 'abuse'.

In Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa where we stayed in Ireland, they have hotel shampoos bottled together as Body Wash & Shampoo in one. Why not, they are meant to clean. In Dublin where we were staying, their body lotion buttery serum, are meant for body AND hair. These products are sold in their spas for much more than over the counter and they contain natural ingredients.

Google: "Foods for Healthy Hair" - the website had moved, type it in.

Growing healthy hair doesn't come from a bottle or pills and hair products do not speed hair growth. Any hair oil, is another form to keep hair moisturized, nothing more. If you're in HS, your hair & nails should be growing normally, and as healthily as possible, since you're eating healthy foods. But when hair isn't growing as fast, it's because they've been tampered with: chemicals, hair straightening, etc. . .

Cutting your split ends yourself, spend 5-10 mins. on a sunny day so you can easily spot them, using a 2" scissors, cut strand by strand, section by section, allowing new growth to take over. Then 2x a year, get a good hair cut. This won't speed things up, but it will make the hair look healthier while it's growing. Even healthy hair like mine get them, due to normal brushing & styling.
